Catering Information for Participants
To ensure that all participants enjoy their coffee and lunch breaks efficiently and smoothly, we have set up two catering stations from Wednesday to Friday. We kindly ask that you proceed to the catering station assigned to your designated location. Even if you are in a different building after a session, please go to the correct station. For example, if you attend a plenary session in Building A1, but your catering station is in Building B1, please head over to B1. This helps us manage the food portions, which are pre-counted to maintain an organized flow and avoid delays.

On Saturday, we will have one catering station only. All participants, regardless of their assigned TWG, should head to Catering Station 1 in Building B1, Floor 0.

Special Dietary Requirements
Each catering station will have a dedicated area with carefully prepared options for those with specific dietary needs. This includes vegan, gluten-free, Kosher, and other specific diets. We take great care to ensure these options meet the needs of all attendees. If you have not communicated your dietary restrictions to us in advance, we kindly ask that you avoid using these specialized areas to allow those who need them to access them.
While we strive to accommodate all dietary requirements, should the provided options not meet your specific needs, we recommend bringing your own food as a precautionary measure. Our catering team is happy to answer any questions about the ingredients or preparation of any dish, so please do not hesitate to ask.
If you have dietary requirements such as vegetarian, no pork, no fish, or Halal meat, the general buffet will have plenty of suitable options for you. You do not need to use the dedicated area in this case. You can head to the general buffet will, which will include a variety of vegetarian dishes, fish-free options and Halal-certified meat (except pork).
However, it is always a good idea to double-check with the catering staff to ensure the food meets your dietary needs, as some dishes may contain pork or other meats, despite being part of the general buffet.
Additional Information
- Open Rooms: All rooms will remain accessible at all times, including during coffee and lunch breaks
- Responsibility for Belongings: We ask that you keep an eye on your personal items during the breaks, as we cannot take responsibility for any belongings left unattended. We strongly encourage you to store your items securely to prevent any loss or theft.
Managing the Flow of Participants
To help everything run smoothly and ensure an efficient dining experience for all, we ask that you plan accordingly and visit your designated catering station during the designated breaks. We understand that participants might find themselves in different buildings throughout the day, and we appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines. This will ensure that food is served in an organized manner, and no one is left waiting longer than necessary.
We’ve developed this system to ensure everything runs efficiently and to give you the best possible experience. The catering team is available to assist you, so if you have any questions or need help, feel free to reach out.
We hope you enjoy the food, the variety of options available, and the opportunity to connect with fellow participants during these breaks. We’re committed to making your experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
