When and where is the poster session held?
The poster session takes place on 7 February 2025, from 14.30 to 16.00, in building B1, third floor.
What graphic settings should my poster have?
The accepted format is A0 vertical (portrait format), black/white or color. Please print on not very thick paper to make it easier to unroll the poster.
When and how can I display my poster?
Once you arrive and register please hang the poster at its indicated place in building B1, third floor. Each display is equipped with material for affixing your poster (adhesive tape, pins, ballast for the bottom edge of the sheet). You may leave your poster roll/case next to the poster, however we do not take any responsibilities. Once you have uninstalled your poster, we ask you to put the display material you used back where you found it.
Where can I display my poster?
Your display is marked with your submission ID, title, author, co-author(s), organization(s), TWG.
What happens if I lose my poster?
In the event of damage, loss or theft of your poster, you can contact the IThesia print shop located within walking distance (Via Luigi Galvani 6 – 39100 Bolzano) of the unibz campus.
You can send your graphic file to the address: elena.targa@ithesiastore.it indicating the code UNIBZNOI. Please consider the time needed to print is 24 hours. The printing shop is open from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 7 pm. The cost is 27,45 € per poster (22,50 € + Vat 22%). Payment can be made cash, via bank transfer or credit card.
Unibz does not guarantee the printing service.
What happens to my poster after the session?
After the session you can take down your poster. Leave the poster material near your display. Uncollected posters will be discarded.
