Payment INFORMATION:

Starting March 1st 2021, all payments to Italian public institutions including the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, must be done via the Italian pago PA system.

Unfortunately, we cannot send you an IBAN to make a bank transfer, as this is not allowed by Italian law.

Advice for the payment
– In case you see an Italian site, please DO NOT click on it. Just wait until the process brings you to the next site, where you can select the English language.
– If you are getting into problem by paying with credit cart, please consider that it might be that the credit card(s) have the restrictions not to do payments outside from your country (versus Italy) or, that you have a sort
of security code to put in when you will pay which you should receive either by message, a push up message, a e-mail, etc.
– A solution could be that you could try to pay by PayPal. In this case, after going through the invoice details, please select “other payment methods” > PayPal.

Conference registration

December 15th (CET): final deadline for pre-registered participants to complete and pay their registration. After this date they lose their preregistration priority but may still register if place is available.

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED!

December 15th (CET): final deadline for signing up for the waiting list (see below).

December 17th (CET) – December 31st (CET): Invitations for registration sent to people on the waiting list (prioritizing co-authors of accepted contributions), with one week window to register. Preregistered participants may also complete their registration in this period, as long as space remains.

Conference Fee

Fees of Conference Registration

Registration (until December 31st 2021)
Academic400 Euro
Student* and Young Researcher**285 Euro
* she/he is doing her/his doctoral study or has completed it not more than 3 years earlier
** she/he is enrolled in a Master or Phd Program
*** See Cancellation Policy of Congress Fee

The fees to pay in order to register remain unchanged. However, it is clear that an online congress is somewhat cheaper to organize than the normal format, and because we changed the format more than two months ahead of time, considerable costs for the normal conference could be avoided. It is therefore likely that all who paid the conference fee will receive a partial refund after the conference. But we can only know the exact amount once the conference is over (it depends, among other things, on the final number of participants). And it is very costly to do refunds so we will only do it once – after the conference. Excursion fees, and accompanying person fees, will be refunded at the same time.

Notice: proposing changed fee schemes now would create unfortunate differences among participants and further complicate the situation at the time of refunds.

Financial transparency

As for all other ERME activities, CERME14 cannot generate any surplus, once all expenses (including all conference costs, production of proceedings, ERME memberships, Graham Littler fund contribution, and possible partial refunds) are paid. The financial report from CERME14 will, as usual, be presented for the ERME board with this as a condition for approval.
